KEYWORD LIST PAGE HELP
Keyword list: it displays ALL
the keywords within the system with their status and the number of ads
/ affiliate ads

In the
"Keyword" column above you can click on any keyword that is an active
link and you will see a list of all the ads currently running under
that keyword term. The "Status" column above tells you whether you have
the keyword set as 'active'. The "No Of Ads" column above will alert
you to how many ads currently found for that keyword term. And the
final column "No Of Aff Ads" will let you know how many of the current
ads running for that specific keyword term are affiliate program ads or
ads promoting an affiliate product.
At the very
bottom of the Keyword list you will find features that will allow you
to export your keyword list. See the screenshot below:

Using the first drop down menu on the
left you can choose to enclose the keywords with quotes or
brackets or nothing at all. Using the next drop down menu you can
choose to have the keywords separated by new line or comma. Once you
have made your selections you just click on one of the buttons on the
right depending on whether your exporting all keywords or just selected
keywords.
Going back to
the first screen capture above, once you click on a keyword term in the
"Keyword" column above a new window will open in which you will see
another chart that looks like this one below:

The chart above
has several columns. Under the "Ads"
column will be a list of the ads currently running under this keyword
term. If you hold your mouse over a particular ad the ad will turn red
in color. Clicking the ad will take you to the target URL or site that
the ad is promoting.
The "Redirect URL/Aff Landing URL"
column will be the url of the site the ad will redirect you to when
clicking on the ad. Holding your mouse over a link will turn it red. If
you click on the link in this column it will then give you a list of
all ads from that advertiser using that same URL.
The next column
over to the right is the "Type"
column. This column tells you whether the ad and url is promoting an
affiliate network or non-affiliate site.
The next column
over to the right is the "# of Found
Unchanged" column. This column will tell you how many times the
ad was found unchanged in the given amount of tracking time. The first
number is the number of times the ad was found unchanged when scanned
and the number that is next to it inside the brackets is the total
amount of times the system has scanned the search engine.
Then next column
over to the right is the "First Found"
column. This will be the date and time that the ad was first found when
the system scanned the search engine to gather data.
Then next column over to the right is
the "Last Found" column. This
will be the date and time that the ad was last found when the system
scanned the search engine to gather data.
The next column
"Average Position"
will tell you the average position of the ad over the current tracked
period of time.
The next column
"Keywords Promote URL"
will tell you whether the keywords are being used to promote an
affiliate network or product.
The next column
"Affiliate id Promote
Program" will tell you the affiliate id that is being used to
promote that particular affilate program or product if there is one.
And the last
column on the above report page titled "Change
Ad Type" will allow you to manually change the type of the ad
from "non affiliate" to "affiliate redirect" or "affiliate landing".
Clicking on the 'star' icon will allow the menu to pop up to select
your changes desired and doing so you will see this small box with your
options:

The
above options are useful if you manually check and find out or already
know that the ad is promoting an afifiliate program or product however
it is not in the list of affiliate networks included in AdSpy Pro so
therefore was not identified as such. You can manually assign the ad
and URL to be an affiliate and the system will then track it as such.
Active Keyword list: it displays ONLY
the active keywords (meaning those currently tracked)

The columns in
this chart are the same as in the chart for ALL keywords chart.
